- Each piece is created especially for you and produced only after your order is placed. Once printed and dispatched, your order is shipped via our trusted delivery partners, and tracking details are shared with you by email.
- Due to the personalised, made-to-order nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns in most cases. That said, your satisfaction is important to us. If there’s any issue with your order, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your parcel.
